Venue Hire Terms

1. Overview

These terms apply to the hire of studio, filming, meeting or event space operated by V Studio Productions (the “Company”). By booking or using the venue, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Bookings

All bookings must be confirmed in writing by V Studio Productions. A booking is only considered secured once the agreed deposit has been received.

3. Deposits and Payment

A deposit may be required to secure the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the hire date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional services or overtime may be invoiced separately.

4. Hire Period

The agreed hire period will be confirmed at the time of booking. Use of the venue outside the agreed time may incur additional charges.

5. Overtime

If a production, event or booking exceeds the agreed hire period, additional charges may apply based on the applicable hourly rate.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period given and costs already incurred.

7. Use of the Venue

The venue may only be used for lawful professional purposes agreed at the time of booking. Clients are responsible for the conduct of all guests, staff, contractors and suppliers attending the venue.

8. Damage

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, equipment, furniture or fixtures during the hire period. The Company reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or additional cleaning if required.

9. Equipment and Technical Services

Any equipment provided by the Company must be used responsibly and only for its intended purpose. External equipment brought to the venue remains the responsibility of the client.

10. Insurance

Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance cover for their equipment, personnel and activities during the hire period where applicable.

11. Filming and Recording

Filming, recording or photography carried out at the venue must comply with applicable laws and regulations. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or clearances.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property created during productions remains subject to the specific production agreement between the parties.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, V Studio Productions shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the venue or facilities.

14. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will be published on the website.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
