Rosamond Stenhouse
CEO
Serial Award-winning Entrepreneur. Founder. Rosamond Stenhouse built and scaled national and international ventures operating across Europe and the United States — from offshore funds to 4,000+ acre land projects, including the largest new town in Europe. She spent years operating at the sharp end of the UK’s most competitive land market.
Founding her first company at 26, she later co-founded Lucent Group, pioneering a placemaking-led model that rapidly became the UK’s leading land delivery platform. The business originated, master planned and delivered complex large-scale schemes — from Lincolnshire Lakes, Royal Pier Waterfront (Southampton), Northstowe (Cambridge) and Fenton Quays (Peterborough), to strategic projects exceeding 4,000 acres.
Lucent structured a Strategic Land Fund in Luxembourg, raising capital internationally, and formed long-term institutional partnerships including AXA Real Estate. She went on to co create the Lucent Local Investment Partnership model, working directly with local authorities — a pioneer launching successful collaborations such as the Allerdale Investment Partnership and the Peterborough Investment Partnership.
Lucent became award-winning and widely recognised in the industry and national press as a formidable force, in large-scale UK land delivery.
She believes entrepreneurs are among the most misunderstood — and vital people in the economy.
Now, as Co-Founder & CEO of V Studio Productions, she has built the Rolls-Royce of corporate and entrepreneurial video production companies — setting a gold standard for leadership storytelling and redefining the market for those who deserve it most.
Rosamond is currently co-host of the widely respected Entrepreneurs Worldwide Podcast, available on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify and all major podcast platforms.
