1. Services
V Studio Productions provides media production services including podcast production, film and video production, interviews and media content, corporate storytelling, and studio or venue hire. All services are subject to availability and written agreement between the parties.
2. Quotations
All quotations are estimates based on the information available at the time. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Project costs may change if the scope of work changes, additional services are requested, or production schedules are extended.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed in writing prior to production. A deposit may be required to secure production dates. Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance is payable upon completion of the project. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate permitted under UK law.
4. Production Schedules
Production schedules and delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside the control of V Studio Productions including client delays, participant availability, location access, technical issues, or weather conditions.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Where production dates have been reserved, cancellation fees may apply to reflect preparation work undertaken, crew bookings, equipment hire and lost booking opportunities.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights in final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Raw footage, project files and working materials remain the property of V Studio Productions. The company reserves the right to use excerpts of productions for portfolio, marketing and promotional purposes.
7. Client Materials
Any materials supplied by the client including logos, images, scripts or branding assets remain the property of the client. The client grants V Studio Productions a licence to use these materials for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
8. Storage of Production Media
Raw production files and recorded media may be retained for a limited period following completion of the project. Long‑term storage of raw footage is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
V Studio Productions will take reasonable care in providing its services. To the fullest extent permitted by law the company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits, business interruption or reputational damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Website Content
All content on this website including text, images, video and branding is the intellectual property of V Studio Productions unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
